A glossy red spider nods to both Louise Bourgeois and oversized pop objects. A concrete boxing glove traps the word LOVE. Iconography detaches, dissolves, reconfigures. In Escape From the Wall, the famed Balloon Girl literally peels away from her mural, in a meta-gesture about breaking the frame.
